Started by a young entrepreneur who always wanted to go big or go home, Alexander James alway ran into difficulties finding people to take him seriously or find investors willing to invest large amounts due to the fact he did not have enough liquid capital. Even after owning and managing a half million dollars in rentals by the age of 25 it was still difficult to find good opportunities and deals due to his age and again... lack of liquid capital for bigger deals. He now wants to believe in others and give more people the opportunity to invest and get away from the 9-5 grind.
