Heres how it works: You find the perfect property that is either for sale, or maybe you can talk the owners into selling it. We then do an analysis on the property and the location to ensure it is a good fit. If everything looks good we then purchase it and lease it to you as any other landlord would do and create wealth for yourself.  

Its as easy as 3 simple steps:

  1. Find a property for sale in a great location for your business model 
  2. Send us the property; we then conduct a business analysis 
  3. We purchase the home, you sign a lease and get started on your dream AIRBNB Business!
Obligations 

*If deal goes through; obligations will include signing a three year lease at a minimum of 1.25% of the properties purchase price and a fully refundable down payment of at least 5% of the properties purchase price. So the better the deal you can bring the better the deal you get and the more money you can make. We are even willing to purchase and renovate dilapidated properties! 

Example: If a property is purchased at $200,000, the signed monthly lease will be for $2,500 or 1.25% of the purchase price of the property with a refundable deposit of 5% or $10,000. The deposit is fully refundable as long as all obligations of lease terms are met upon completion of lease agreement.
